Welcome to Lehigh Riverport Condominium Association!

 

     Welcome to Lehigh Riverport, an upscale condominium community located in the heart of vibrant Southside Bethlehem that is comprised of 171 residences, 2 commercial properties, and a parking garage serving our residents and guests. There are 153 one and two bedroom condominiums that boast single level living, many originally constructed ADA compliant, with elevators in the building too.  

     Located in the former Bethlehem Steel Johnson Machinery Building, our complex is approximately 4 acres under one roof and totals 180,000 square feet of interior space.  Riverport has been registered by the National Park Service for Historic Preservation.

TUESDAY TEA AT TEN is BACK! This fun event which started on July 13, 2021 was interrupted by waves of the pandemic, but restarting TUESDAY MARCH 8, 2022! 

 

Mark your calendar to bring your tea or coffee to the lobby community room EVERY TUESDAY AT 10 AM to meet and chat with your neighbors, meet new friends, and start planning future events that interest you! 

While we've been busy with the business of the building, we're excited facilitate the budgeted happenings for this year, as well as the evolution of the commercial establishments here on the Southside of Bethlehem this too. It's going to be a very active year catching up on many things delayed due to the pandemic.  

 

What a GREAT time we all had at the Holiday Happy Hour on 12/20/21!  Hope you enjoy the photos of this event which was scheduled from 4:30 to 7, but kept going until after 8 pm.  A good time was had by all. 

The online account access and payment features are now available to all owners (OWNERS ONLY).  All owners were sent 2 e-mails on October 22, 2021, and the one from NAI Summit contains the unit-specific invitation link to set up VIA COMPUTER the owner's authorized path to the system. DO NOT DO YOUR INITIAL SETUP FROM YOUR PHONE.    

I've had the pleasure of managing the Lehigh Riverport Condominium Association for OVER TEN YEARS now with NAI Summit Property Management. While my office in the lobby does NOT handle sales or rentals, everything else about the building funnels through my office. I'm humbly blessed to report that I love my job! 

Our family of residents make living and working at Riverport a wonderful experience. The convenient location, covered parking for all, beautiful building, courtyards, and condominium interiors are just some of the things that make our residents happy, and it shows!

The vastly talented and homeowner elected Executive Board Members are a joy to work with. They are fiscally responsible in harmony with prioritized property maintenance and improvements. The owners are fortunate for these Executive Board Member volunteers who work hard for the benefit of all.  

Much has been accomplished in the last ten years, and much more is planned for the future, so STAY TUNED!
