Welcome to Lehigh Riverport, an upscale condominium community located in the heart of vibrant Southside Bethlehem that is comprised of 171 residences, 2 commercial properties, and a parking garage serving our residents and guests. There are 153 one and two bedroom condominiums that boast single level living, many originally constructed ADA compliant, with elevators in the building too.

Located in the former Bethlehem Steel Johnson Machinery Building, our community is approximately 4 acres under one roof and totals 180,000 square feet of interior space. Riverport has been registered by the National Park Service for Historic Preservation.

Where did summer go? While it was filled with good weather and many opportunities to enjoy music and festivals, we can only hope everyone seized the days to the best of their ability to make lots of good memories. Now we gear up for cooler temperatures and prepare for seasons with less sun, but maybe some fun! The Artsquest Creative Factory construction across the street is winding down, and soft opening of the new facility was in-the-news for November 2026 with grand opening in January 2027. TUESDAY TEA AT TEN continues in the Community Room every week. Mark your calendar to bring your tea or coffee to the lobby community room EVERY TUESDAY AT 10 AM to meet and chat with your neighbors, meet new friends, and start planning future events that interest you!

IT'S 5 O'Clock Somewhere occurs every Friday at 5 pm in the community room. Grab your favorite libation and/or snack and meet up with your neighbors. In summertime, walk over to enjoy the free concerts.

I am humbly blessed to have managed the Lehigh Riverport Condominium Association for OVER 15 YEARS now with NAI Summit Property Management and some remarkably talented volunteer Executive Board Members. While my office in the lobby does NOT handle sales or rentals, everything else about the building funnels through my office. With all the challenges we've been through together, I am happy to confirm that I still love my job and everyone who is a part of it!

The LRCA's convenient location, covered parking, historic building, appointed courtyards, and unique condominium interiors are just some of the things that make our residents happy, and is quite captivating.

The vastly talented and homeowner elected Executive Board Members are a joy to work with. They are fiscally responsible working in harmony with a plethora of prioritized items of property maintenance and improvements. The owners are fortunate for these Executive Board Member volunteers who work hard for the benefit of all. Much has been accomplished in the last fifteen years, and much more is planned for the future, so STAY TUNED!
